At the beginning of the month Sage started holding her head up while on her tummy. She was only 7 weeks old! What a strong baby we have...
Sage with Daddy after a bath. She is so cute in her little ducky towel...

This was the first time we took Sage for a walk in a stroller. Before this we would only walk her in the ergo carrier (the thing you wear). She was very happy and eventually fell asleep which was awesome because it was another way to get her to go to sleep!

These pictures were taken by Kim who was our wedding photographer. When she came over to give us our wedding pictures she brought her camera along. They were taken a few days before Sage turned 2 months.

On January 13th Sage turned 2 months old. She weighed 12 1/2 lbs. and was able to lift her head and grab at her toys. She was growing up so fast!!! The next two pictures were taken on the 13th and show an ordinary day at the house...

Two days later Sage decided it was time to roll over! The first time she did it I missed it. I put her down and walked away to check the mail. When I walked back over to her I had to do a double take because I couldn't believe it and thought to myself... Did I really put her on her stomach?! I grabbed the camera and I guess I did because she did it again...

Finding her voice was one of the cutest things to observe. She would move her mouth in many ways and make tons of different sounds. She enjoys this very much!

James decided to celebrate by doing squats while holding Kaya on his shoulders!!! And this is not an unusual thing he does. Sometimes he tries to lift her while on the exercise ball. It is amazing to see Kaya letting him do it without moving to much. I am always scared that somebody will get hurt or something is going to break. Cross your fingers, it hasn't happened yet!
Silly girl sucking on one of her fingers.

Yay for the Bumbo! I felt so bad leaving Sage on the ground or in something low to ground while James and I would eat dinner. The bumbo let's us put her on the table and in the action while we are eating meals.
